EXILANT’s unique implementation methodology – Excelerate – is tailor made to help clients achieve business goals through the methodology framework. The implementation is achieved in four phases.
Phase I– Planning: In the planning phase the project goals, scope, implementation strategy and the plan are outlined which serves as a flexible tool to define cross functional roles and resources required for accomplishing specific tasks.
Phase II– Analysis: In this phase, the business model is established with emphasis on defining software capability that is specific to your ‘To Be’ business requirement. The conference room pilot is a validation of the specific business model and Gap Analysis identifies specific customization points that are required to achieve project goals.
Phase III– Implementation: In this phase the solution is configured and any customization requirements are addressed. End users are trained on the application and the data required to operate the new system prior to ‘Go Live’
Phase IV– Support: This phase consists of functional and technical support to run the application package installed.
