Figure 1 – provides an overview of Nirmanith solution spanning the entire lifecycle of construction industries. This diagram illustrates how various departments within construction organization are connected with project sponsors at one end and suppliers at the other end. The flow of key business processes across the departments such as Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Legal & Accounts and external interfacing organizations during the construction project lifecycle is illustrated in the diagram.
