Introduction
Evincus is a web-based solution for sports authorities and partners to manage the planning, execution and monitoring of sports affairs on a common infrastructure. Evincus caters to most of the general requirements of sports authority such as grants management, membership, event & incident management, business intelligence, administration and common functions. Brief narration of product functionality across these modules is provided below.
Grants management
Evincus provides a platform for strategy & finance to conduct annual budgeting exercise and decide the allocation of funds across various schemes. The partners will submit proposals needing funds along with supporting documents. The workflow engine shall route the submitted applications for evaluation by authorized personnel. The status of the application can be viewed online by applicants and authority can view various funding provided to the partners. The appealing process for rejected applications is supported.
Membership
Evincus has provision for individuals to apply for registration, membership or certifications along with supporting documents. The workflow routes applications to appropriate authority for assessment enabling membership offer. The members can update their profiles.
Participant management
Evincus enables all parties to enter their profile details, contacts, professional records and achievements. The details required to groom participants such as training, supplements, dietary can be maintained by the coaches. The progress of athletes can also be tracked.
Events and incident management
Evincus supports scheduling and publishing the events such as training or competition to all the concerned personnel. Appointments of athletes, coaches and participation history can be viewed on a single platform. Risks resulting from the incidents such as injuries can be mitigated through instantaneous alerts or notifications to the concerned personnel. The attendance, results and feedback with respect to the program can be recorded and tracked for analysis.
MIS and reports
The product framework enables to create, locate, manage and disseminate information across users. The solution offers powerful reporting and analytic services including executive dashboard to analyze fund utilization, grant vs. actual spend, scheme performance and facility usage. It also supports analyzing program effectiveness, results and key performance indicators of athletes, coaches and officials.
