Quantium Solutions International Pvt. Ltd, formerly known as G3 Worldwide Aspac Pvt. Ltd, was incorporated in 2001 as a joint venture with TNT, Royal Mail and Singapore Post. Quantium Solutions has an established service network with a presence in 10 countries. It provides cross-border mail services as well as value-added services such as letter shopping, data management and printing, mailroom management, freight logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, international distribution and hand delivery.
The client had several operative systems including mailing operations, tracking mails / shipments, tracking and reconcile payments and customer management. However, all these internal systems were operating in isolation with no exposure for external users to mail orders, make payments, and tracking orders online. The requirement was to bring all these systems into a single portal-based system that can be a one-stop solution for the end business users.
EXILANT was engaged to perform system conceptualization, requirements management, architecture definition, application construction, quality assurance, implementation, systems integration, application hosting and subsequent system support and maintenance.
The solution was envisaged to integrate the online payment with PAYPAL, integrate various services with core back-end systems and generate the exact document printing labels and invoices.
