An indigenously built framework on which most of our applications run drives our engagement model. The model works on a ‘Show and Tell’ principle that accommodates changes early in the life cycle to avoid hidden cost escalations in the change management journey.

Growth story

Since 2004, we provide our global clients with products and services in application lifecycle management, product engineering services, mobility and social media applications, business intelligence and analytics, e-commerce and cloud-based services.

We offer robotic process automation (RPA) product solutions for portal and integration capabilities using non invasive enterprise mash-ups through our product Fusion powered by Inventys, an EXILANT company.

Our Pulse product is an intelligent business decision enabling service designed to grow customer’s business and give them  the best returns on intelligence.

Through EXILANT GmbH’s Industry & Engineering solutions, we deliver business value for enterprises by solving engineering problems of tomorrow using connected intelligence by SMART engineers.

Over these years, we have grown to staff of about 1200 with offices in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Singapore, Santa Clara, Berne and London. We are an ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013 certified company and have been assessed at CMMi – Development Version 1.3, Level 3 as a result of our commitment towards effectively and consistently delivering value to our customers.

The maturity of our relationship with customers progresses through 5 phases. In the beginning stages we believe that we need to be relevant and responsive to customer needs. Over a period of consistent fulfillment, we are able to gain trust through display of character, competency and consistency. As we gain knowledge of our customer’s processes, we are able to show value by articulating business benefits. In the fourth phase, we provide ideas and solutions leveraging our insights into the customer business. In the final phase of the maturity model, we are able to assist the customer by catalyzing the agenda for change in the organization.
