Data consolidation and exchange platform

Project background

The client is government railways organization, one of the largest railways in the world. With a work force of more than 1.65 million, it runs more than 11,000 trains per day including about 7000 passenger trains carrying approximately 16 million passengers daily, making it one of the largest and most complex operations of its kind.

The organization is managed and operated through various zones reporting to the Central Board (BOARD). For better operations and management, the zones are further divided into divisions.

Key drivers
